The poker superstar recently appeared in Chrysler‘s latest ad campaign for the 2015 Chrysler 300, recognizing “The Kings and Queens of America.”
He joined other “Kings and Queens” like Reddit’s Alexis Ohanian, San Antonio Spurs assistant coach Becky Hammon, novelist Smith Henderson, jewelry designers Mercedes Yvette and Tiffany Schrade, and many more.
Olivier Francois, the company’s marketing officer said, “The Chrysler brand celebrates the entrepreneurial spirit of Americans who refuse to give up, dedicate themselves to a craft, and have the guts to turn dreams into reality.”
The ad, he said, is Chrysler’s latest homage to the relentless and proud – The Kings and Queens of America. Chrysler recognizes that success isn’t something that can be handed in a silver platter. It is something you work for; it is earned and should be rewarded. And that’s exactly where the new Chrysler 300 comes in – it’s the crown jewel that represents success.
Who knew success better than Phil Ivey? The poker superstar had managed to bag several poker titles including 10 World Series of Poker gold bracelets and one World Poker Tour title, not to mention the millions upon millions of dollars in cash games he won around the world.
